REGISTER ACCOUNT

Two or more people cannot use the same account?One account is used only by a single person

If children or young people use the services of our online English school, family members (parents, siblings, cousins ...) can stay in the room to supervise the children and follow the lessons.

This way, parents can feel secure about the acceptance of knowledge by their children and experience the professional teaching methods of our teachers too.Does E-TOWN provide English lessons online for free for new and prospective learners for the first learning experiences?Yes. E-TOWN Vietnam offers a single, immediate online English lesson (trial) totally free of charge which lasts 25 minutes.This is for learners who register for free with E-TOWN Vietnam, for the first time.

After registering with E-TOWN Vietnam, the learner will receive an email for activating the account. Shortly after activation of the account of E-TOWN learning is enabled and students can log into their accounts on the homepage of E-TOWN RESERVATION SCHEDULE for choosing teachers (Free class schedule (trial lessons) only applies to Asian teachers)Do I have to pay a fee in addition to monthly tuition fees? E-TOWN Vietnam does not accept any fees other than the monthly tuition fees of the learners. So rest assured learners; you can confidently use the services of online English learning at E-TOWN Vietnam. Please explain the procedure of becoming official participants/learners after the free trial lesson The fees / charges to finish enrolling.Learners just click on "The tuition package and how to pay" on the left side of the page of their personal learners’ account to select the appropriate tuition package and proceed to checkout.

Note: You must sign in with your personal account to view your personal account page. Does the registration with E-TOWN Vietnam cost me anything?No. The registration with E-TOWN Vietnam is totally free and fast.

After students register, E-TOWN Vietnam will provide an online English lessons immediately to the student ‘free of charge.’ The eager learners of E-TOWN Vietnam will soon experience the services of online English learning with our top teachers. Can I register multiple accounts on E-TOWN Vietnam with the same email address?You can’t use the same email address to register multiple accounts with E-TOWN Vietnam.Is my personal information safe with E-TOWN Vietnam after I register? According to our Privacy policy at E-TOWN Vietnam, personal information of learners will be kept completely confidential. So learners are fully assured of confidentiality on the information provided to E-TOWN Vietnam while registering.

LESSONS START AT E-TOWN

The lesson begins like this? You must sign in to your Skype account (Skype account here is the account / ID which the learner has used to fill the registration form with E-TOWN Vietnam) at least five minutes before lessons begin, to get calls from teachers.

When the session starts, the teacher will call the learner.

Learners will see the "answer" ("Reply") and "Reject" ("Reject") tabs on the Skype software. Please click on the "Answer" ("Answer") tab to start the lesson. You can use your smartphone or tablet (I-Pad) (or any computer with microphone and cam) to learn English online with E-TOWN any time?Yes.
Learners simply use Skype app on their smartphones or tablets to learn English online with E-TOWN Vietnam.
Can I prepare specific materials for sessions or not? Yes, self-prepared material for lessons are allowed too. Send the material to the teacher in advance so that the teaching method can be determined in time.

If students want to use their own documents, the school must send a link (URL) of the document in the dialog box which pops up while selecting teachers for lessons. When teachers accept this request, students can learn the document that has been prepared by learners. CANCELLATION OF CLASSES / SCHEDULE

Do I have to cancel classes 2 hours before the lesson begins? I can book classes in advance? And, for how long and how much in advance? Learners can cancel booked sessions about 2 hours before the start of lessons. Typically, students can book lessons in advance for about 1 week (depending on the teacher's teaching schedule and availability of free sessions)Can I change teachers every day? Yes, you can change teachers every lesson.If I cancel classes, can I could sign up for a class with another teacher after that, immediately? Yes, the school can register a different class for students if students choose to cancel a previous booking and make a new booking.
For example, you have a registered session at 9 am today, but due to extraordinarily busy schedules you have to cancel this session. In this case, you can sign up for a different lesson today (at a later time like, from 22h30 to 23h00 today, again). Can I cancel booked sessions even when I’m not busy? The lessons can be cancelled 2 hours before the lesson begins.If I am absent without any notice, will I be charged for that session? If you are absent without notifying the school then you shall be charged for that sesson and the lesson will not be made up at another time.

ISSUES ON TECHNICAL TROUBLES

If I can’t hear what the teacher is saying, what should I do? The student can determine the reason for the problems in the following ways: Check that the headphone and the microphone jacks are plugged in properly Investigate the volume of the mircophone too make sure not to use private mode and check whether the headset is turned off, by pressing the Windows button in the lower left corner of the screen and selecting the "Control Panel" → "Hardware and Sound" → "Manage audio devices Check the volume of the microphone in Skype by choosing "Options" → Tools -> "Audio Settings."

If the problem occurs even after checking everything according to the protocol, please check your hardware (headphones / speakers) for defects. Students can connect the headset to a different computer to check if the system is working normally or notIf thecall-sound quality is quite bad, then what should I do? The problems related to call quality

If students have any questions or requests, please contact Customer Support E-TOWN Vietnam for specific advice and fast resolution of the problemsI started the class a little later than the selected time ( for example, I choose the 18h- but I started the class at 18h05), can I still attend the class? If students start classes later than the selected time, students can still attend the class within the period for which the lesson has been booked. For example, a student chose classes from 18h to 18h25, but the learners started the class later than 18h; he / she could still join the class at any time until the end of this session (at 18h25). If I can’t log on to the E-TOWN Vietnam website, what should I do?If you cannot log in, then you must follow the instructions below:

Check your email and password again check for typing errors because the login page requests you to type the correct uppercase and lowercase characters. Just change between uppercase / lowercase by pressing the "Shift" or "Caps Lock" on the Keyboard. Accidental use of Caps Lock or Shift can create typing errors.
